CF&P Announces Caribbean Tour to Discuss Tax Competition, Financial Privacy, and Fiscal Sovereignty

Washington DC (April 3, 2003) The Center for Freedom and Prosperity announced today that it will sponsor a series of Caribbean seminars this spring to hold forums on tax competition, financial privacy and fiscal sovereignty.

The Center plans on holding its first forum in the British Virgin Islands in early May and a similar event is the Cayman Islands in late May.

Since its creation in the fall of 2000, CF&P has been a leading voice in Washington and around the world fighting to preserve economic liberalization and jurisdictional competition.

Over the next few weeks, CF&P will announce the details of its BVI and Cayman Islands forums, and may announce additional events in other jurisdictions.

For more information on tax competition and financial privacy please visit CF&P's web page at or contact us at 202-285-0244.
